How to read your insurance policy
Your policy has a few main parts. The declarations page lists who is covered, what is covered, the limits and the price. The coverage part explains what the policy pays for. The exclusions part lists what it does not pay for. The conditions part explains your duties, like how to report a claim.
Start with the declarations page. Then read the exclusions. If something is not clear, call us and we will walk through it with you.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a premium and a deductible?
The premium is what you pay for the policy. The deductible is what you pay out of pocket on a claim before insurance pays.
Where can I check an agent's license?
Use the California Department of Insurance license lookup on its website.
Do you have forms I can download?
Yes. A blank Boxing and MMA application PDF is on our boxing and MMA page.
What is a declarations page?
It is the summary page of your policy. It lists who and what is covered, your limits, your deductible and your price.
Coverage is subject to insurer underwriting, approval and policy terms. A quote request does not bind coverage.
